Domaine Pattes Loup is starting to become a more known producer of Chablis catering to both the mainstream and natural wine enthusiasts. 40% is fermented in concrete egg fermenters, the remaining is fermented in stainless steel. This gives the wine more roundness and imparts more richer fruit of lemon verbena, slate, stone and chalk.
